摘　　要：目的 探讨钢丝环形加“８”字内固定治疗尺骨座嘴骨折的外科技术和疗效。方法 自１９８７年３月～１９９７年１２月，设计使用了切开复位，钢丝环形加“８”字内固定方法，治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折８５例。其中男６０例，女２５例，最大７４岁，最小１１岁，平均年龄４０．８岁。结果 按肘关节疗效评定标准，８５例经过１２～１４１个月的随访，良好６４例（７５．２９％），较好１３例（１５．２９％），一般８例（９．４１％），不良０例。优良率９０．５９％。结论 该术式疗效满意。操作简便，简化了内固定程序，损伤小，固定牢靠，能早期进行功能锻炼，术后均不用外固定。Objective:To study the surgical techniques and treatment outcomes of internal fixation with steel circle wire and“8”shape wire.Methods:From March,1987 to Dec.1997,85 cases of olecranon fracture have been treated with internal fixation,designed with open reduction,with steel circle wire and“8”shape wire.60 cases were male,25 cases female and the eldest was 74,the youngest 11,the average age was 40 8 Results:Each patient was evaluated using the elbow functional scales.After 12 to 141 months post operational visits to 85 cases,64 cases were tated as excellent(75 29%),13 cases rated as good(15 29%)and 8 cases rated as fair(9 41%).There was no poor result.Conclusion:The treatment is satisfactory and effective.Its simple to operate and it simplifies the process of internal fixation.It brings about little lesion but firm fixation.The patients can undertake functional exercises in early periods and no external fixation is needed after operation.
