摘 要:为了研究辽河口浮游植物群落长期演变的特征,于2010年10月对辽河河口进行了10个站的浮游植物生态调查,分析了该海域浮游植物的种类组成、优势种类、群落结构以及水平分布等特征参数。本次调查共发现浮游植物25种,其中硅藻种类最多,达23种,甲藻和金藻各1种。浮游植物细胞数量平均27.26×104/m3,细胞数量自河口向外海逐渐降低,生物多样性水平一般。聚类分析的结果表明浮游植物可划分为河口类群、过度类群和外海类群3个生态类群。枯水季节辽河径流对辽河口浮游植物群落的影响主要在靠近河口的区域,磷是影响辽河口浮游植物细胞数量的主要限制性因子。In order to study the structure of the phytoplankton community of the Liaohe and its influencing factors, phytoplankton samples were collected in the Liaohe Estuary and its adjacent waters in October,20l 0. Phytoplankton species composition, dominant species, community structure and horizontal distribution were analysised. A total of 25 phytoplankton species were identified, including 23 diatoms, 1 dinoflagellates and 1 golden-brown alga. The average number of phytoplankton cell was 27.26 × 10^4/m^3 , and the cell number decreased from the inner section of Liaohe Estuary to open sea. Phytoplankton biodiversity level is general. The results of cluster analysis showed that phytoplankton species can be divided into three ecological groups: estuarine taxa, middle taxa and off the coast taxa. Liaobe runoff bad a great impact on phytoplankton community near the estuary during withered water period, phosphate was major limiting factors for the number of phytoplankton cells.
