摘  要:为比较基于海洋石油降解菌群DC10的菌液制剂(ZL 201010223463.6)与干粉制剂在模拟溢油岸滩修复中试实验中的石油降解效果。通过监测生物修复过程中的基于降解指数n-C17/Pr(正十七烷/姥鲛烷)和n-C18/Ph(正十八烷/植烷)计算的石油烃降解率变化,以及海水中石油烃和氮、磷的浓度变化,综合评价菌剂的岸滩修复效果。结果表明,28 d后添加了菌液制剂处理池的石油烃降解率分别为43.47%和45.07%,比自然风化提高了24.70%和25.40%;而添加了干粉制剂处理池的石油烃降解率分别为40.06%和42.36%,比自然风化提高了21.29%和23.69%。在模拟溢油岸滩修复实验中,干粉制剂的降解效果略低于菌液制剂,但干粉制剂可长期保存,且运输方便,因此干粉制剂比菌液制剂在岸滩溢油修复领域具有更好的应用前景。In comparison of petroleum-degradation effect in pilot experiments of simulated oil-spilled shoreward beach bioremediation between liquid and dry powder agent based on petroleum-degrading bacterial consortium DC10 (patent No. ZL 201010223463.6). The variation of petroleum hydrocarbon degradation rate in the bioremediation process was investigated by monitoring the degradation index n-heptadecane/pristane (n-C17/Pr) and n-octadecane/phytane (n-C18/Ph) and concentration of petroleum hydrocarbon,nitrogen, phosphorus in seawater were also analyzed, synthetically evaluating the shoreward beach oil spill remediation efficiency. The resuits indicated that the petroleum hydrocarbon degradation rate were 43.47% and 45.07% respectively using liquid agent after 28 days,24.70% and 25.40% improvement than natural weathering; while the petroleum hydrocarbon degradation rate were 40.06% and 42.36% respectively using dry powder agent in same condition,21.29% and 23.69% improvement than natural weathering. In simulated oil-spilled shoreward beach bioremediation, the degradation effect of dry powder agent was lower a bit than liquid agent. However, dry powder agent could be preserved by long-term and portable transportation. In brief, the dry powder agent has better prospects than liquid in shoreward beach oil spill bioremediation.
