摘　　要：文化安全对一个国家和民族命运的影响是潜移默化的,其战略意义和长远价值却最容易被人们忽视。从文化安全的视角探究前苏联由盛而衰及至解体的战略失误,梳理冷战后俄罗斯的文化安全之路,总结大国文化安全四大基本要素,对中国文化安全战略的构建具有重要意义。The influence of cultural security on the fate of a state or a nation is subtle and silent,and its strategic significance and long term value are most likely neglected. A study from cultural security perspective of the former USSR's strategic mistakes that caused its decline and disintegration, Russia's cultural security undertaking in the post Cold War era and the four basic elements for cultural security of big powers is of great significance for China to construct her cultural security strategy.
