摘　　要：日本少林寺拳法是在中国武术的基础上演变而成的现代日本武道,他既是日本现代9种武道中的一种,而且几十年来不断向世界推广,目前已在37个国家建立传播机构,习练人群达几十万之众。通过文献资料法、对比分析法、访谈法、实地考察等方法,对日本少林寺拳法联盟(SHORINJI KEMPO)进行个案研究,总结出以下特点:明确清晰的教育理念;相对稳定的技术体系;职能清晰、高效协调的组织团体和企业化运营机制;创始人的思想与影响贯穿始终深入人心。这几点对于中国武术的国际化发展具有理论和现实的借鉴价值。Shorinji Kempo is a modern Japanese martial art, which is evolved from the Chinese martial arts. It is one of the nine modern Japanese martial arts, which has spread over the world in decades and established institutions in 37 countries. Hundreds of thousands people are practicing Shorinji Kempo. The literature study, compara- tive analysis, interviews, field trips, and case studies of Shorinji Kempo Federation showed that the federation had a clear philosophy of education, stable skill system, efficient organization and marketing mechanism. The creator＇s ideas of the federation yielded profound influences on the development of the federation.
