摘　　要：激流回旋属于皮划艇项目,开发激流回旋海量视频数据监测系统可以辅助提高该项目的训练水平和比赛成绩。文章从云计算的激流回旋视频监测系统开发的意义、系统的主要组成、系统的主要功能、系统的技术实现、系统的创新点等方面进行了论述。Whitewater slalom is one item of kayak.A video surveillance system for whitewater slalom can improve training effects and competition performances.This paper investigates into video surveillance systems about sports and analyzes the importance and feasibility of the development of the video monitoring system of whitewater slalom. System architecture based on cloud computing is proposed. As a guidance for the development, the technology roadmap will be discussed, followed by the key techniques.
