摘  要:目的了解医院临床真菌感染的常见菌种、临床分布及耐药现状,指导临床合理用药。方法对2010年1月至12月分离出的256株真菌耐药性进行回顾性分析。结果白色念珠菌为引起临床真菌感染的主要菌种,其余依次为光滑念珠菌、近平滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌等;主要病区为重症监护室(ICU)、呼吸科及脑外科;痰液中真菌的检出率最高,其次为尿液;分离出的菌株对5-氟胞嘧啶和两性霉素B高度敏感。结论合理使用抗菌药物,加强真菌感染耐药监测,以减少医院内真菌感染的发生。Objective To understand the common strains of nosocomial clinical fungal infections,clinical distribution and the present sit- uation of drug resistance for guiding ciinic',d reasonable drug use. Methods 256 strains of fungi isolated from January to December 2010 were performed the retrospective analysis. Results Candida albicans was the main strain causing clinical fungal infectiont,followed by Candida glabrata,Candida parapsilosis and Candida tropicalis. The main distribution areas were ICU,respiratory and brain surgel7 de- partments;the detection rate of sputum was highest,tbllowed by urine;isolated strains were highly sensitive to 5- fluorocytosine and am- photericin B. Conclusion Antibiotics should be reasonably used and the monitoring of fungal infection should be strengthened to reduce the nosocomial fungal infection.
