舒血宁注射液辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的评价舒血宁注射液辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效与安全性。方法检索舒血宁注射液辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛的随机和半随机对照试验,根据纳入标准筛选文献、提取资料并作质量评价,采用Cochrane协作网提供的Rev Man 5.1.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入6个研究,涉及484例患者,仅有1个研究描述了具体的随机方法,其余研究均未描述具体的随机方法、分配隐藏和盲法。Meta分析结果显示,试验组治疗不稳定型心绞痛的总有效率优于对照组[RR=1.35,95%CI(1.16,1.57)],心电图有效率优于对照组[RR=1.34,95%CI(1.19,1.50)],而试验组对血脂的改善较对照组差异无统计学意义。结论试验组治疗不稳定型心绞痛、心电图有效率的效果优于对照组,而对血脂无明显改善。由于纳入的研究数量少、质量低,该疗效评价结果尚需高质量大样本的随机双盲对照试验的验证。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shuxuening Injection in the assisting treatment of unstable angina （UA）. Methods The randomized and quasi-randomized controlled trails of Shuxuening Injection in the treatment of UA were re- trieved. According to the predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literatures were screened,the data were extracted,the quality e- valuation of the included trials was conducted and the meta- analysis was performed with the RevMan 5.1.0 software. Results Six tri- als involving 484 patients were included. Only 1 trial described the concrete randomization methods and the other included trials did not describe the concrete randomization methods,allocation cenceahnent and blind method. The meta analysis results showed that the to- tal effective rate of the test group in treating UA was superior to that of the control group [ RR = 1. 35,95% CI（1. 16,1.57）],and the effective rate of ECG was superior to that of the control group [RR=1. 34,95% CI（1.19,1.50）],but the improvement of blood-lipid in the test group had no significant difference compared with the control group. Conclusion The total effective rate and the effective rate ECG of Shuxuening Injection in treating UA are superior to those of the control group,however,the blood lipid has no obvious im- provement. Due to the little quantity and the low quality of the included trials, the effects evaluation results need more double- blind randomized control trails with high quality and large samples to confirm.
