摘　　要：目的观察喜炎平联合西医治疗老年支气管扩张症的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2012年12月老年支气管扩张症患者73例的临床资料,其中对照组35例,进行常规西医治疗;治疗组38例,在常规西医治疗基础上加用喜炎平注射液静脉滴注。结果两组患者治疗后临床症状均改善,但治疗有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组临床症状、体征消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平联合西医治疗老年支气管扩张症效果良好,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiyanping Injection combined with Western medicine therapy in treating senile bronchiectasis. Methods The clinical data in 73 cases of senile bronchiectasis from January 2010 and December 2012 were retrospec- tively analyzed. Among them,35 cases were treated by the routine Western medicine treatment （control group） and 38 cases were added with Xiyanping Injection on the basis of the routine Western medicine treatment （treat group）. Then the effects were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical symptoms of two groups were improved after treatement. No statistical difference of the effective rate between two groups was observed （P 〉 0. 05）. The disappearing time of clinical symptoms and signs had no statistical difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Xiyanping Injection combined with Western medicine treatment has better effect in treating senile bronchiectasis.
