357例冠心病慢性心力衰竭血瘀证与超声指标的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病心衰患者血瘀证与超声指标之间的相关性。方法收集冠心病心衰患者357例,以血瘀证为自变量,以超声指标为因变量,进行二值Logistic回归分析。结果与非血瘀证相比,血瘀证患者主动脉瓣环内径(AAS)、左室舒张末期内径(LVIDs)明显增大,左室短轴缩短率(FS)、射血分数(EF)显著减低(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析,以超声心动20项指标为自变量,血淤证为因变量,进行二值Logistic回归分析。AAS、主动脉内径(ASS)进入回归方程(P<0.05)。血瘀证与超声心动指标的回归分析结果,血瘀证患者AAS(P=0.008),ASS(P=0.030),冠心病心衰出现血瘀证的可能性较大。结论冠心病心衰患者血瘀证与超声指标具有一定的相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between blood stasis syndrome and ultrasound indicators in patients with heart failure and coronary heart disease. Methods Three hundreds and fifty- seven cases of coronary heart failure patients were collected. Blood stasis syndrome was as independent variables, ultrasound index as the dependent variable, and binary logistic regression analysis was performed. Results Compared with non - blood stasis, AAS, left ventricular internal diameter in systole （LVIDs） in patients with blood stasis syndrome were increased significantly,while FS,EF was significantly lower（P^0.05）. Logistic regression analysis echocardiography 20 indicators as independent variables, blood stasis as the dependent variable, to binary Logistic regression analy- sis. The results suggest that two indicators into the regression equation, namely,AAS and ASS（P%0.05）. Blood stasis and echocar- diographic indices regression analysis of patients with blood stasis AAS（P= 0. 008）, ASS（P= 0. 030）. The patients with heart failure and coronary heart disease appears likely blood stasis syndrome. Conclusion There was the correlation between blood stasis syn- drome and ultrasound indicators in patients with heart failure and coronary heart disease.
