艾灸百会、足三里和绝骨的卒中二级预防作用与机制研究

摘　　要：目的:观察和评价艾灸百会、双侧足三里和绝骨对卒中大鼠的二级预防作用,探讨艾灸上述穴位的卒中二级预防机制。方法:将40只卒中易感自发高血压大鼠(SHRsp)随机均分为两组:治疗组和对照组,高脂饮食喂养。治疗组卒中大鼠病情稳定后艾灸百会、双侧足三里和绝骨。两组均以10周为观察周期。比较两组大鼠卒中再发情况和血压、血脂水平。结果:(1)治疗组大鼠卒中再发事件明显低于对照组(P=0.039);(2)治疗组大鼠血压上升幅度明显低于对照组(P=0.010);(3)高脂饮食下,治疗组大鼠总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白上升幅度明显低于对照组(P=0.017,P=0.020),高密度脂蛋白没有明显下降(P=0.018)。结论:艾灸百会和左右足三里、绝骨能显著降低卒中大鼠再发比例,降低血压、血脂而达到脑卒中二级预防的作用。Objective：To observe and evaluate the secondary prevention role of moxibustion therapy on stroke rats’ Baihui,bilateral Zusanli and Juegu. To investigate the secondary prevention mechanism of moxibustion on these acupoints.Method：40 spontaneous hypertensive rat stroke prone （SHRsp）cases were divided into two groups,feeded with high fatty foods. Moxibustion therapy on Baihui,bilateral Zusanli and Juegu was given to the stroke rats in treatment group as their conditions stabilized. The stroke recurrence,blood pressure and lipid levels of the two groups after 10 weeks as an observation period were compared. Result：（1）Recurrent stroke events in the therapy group was significantly fewer than that in control group（P=0.039）. （2）Rise in blood pressure in the therapy group was significantly lower than that in control group（P=0.010）.（3）Although fatty foods,rise in total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in the therapy group was significantly lower than that in control group（P=0.017;P=0.020）.At the same time, no significant drop in high-density lipoprotein（P=0.018）. Conclusion：Moxibustion therapy on stroke rats’ Baihui,bilateral Zusanli and Juegu can significantly reduce the stroke recurrence,blood pressure and lipid levels are supposed to play an important role in the secondary prevention of stroke.
