关于心力衰竭患者护理的几点特殊体会

摘　　要：心力衰竭(heart failure)是各种心血管疾病发展到最后阶段导致心脏结构和/或心脏功能受损引起心室充盈和/或射血能力降低而引起的综合征。由于心室收缩、射血功能受损;心脏排血量不足,导致机体代谢紊乱;器官、组织血液的灌注不足,并发肺循环或/和体循环淤血。临床的表现主要有:端坐呼吸、双下肢水肿、体力活动受限和全身缺血缺氧性病变。临床按发展速度主要分为急性心力衰竭和慢性心力衰竭。治疗主要包括:防止和延缓心衰的发生,缓解临床症状,改善预后及生活质量和降低死亡率。Heart failure is a variety of development to the final stage leads to cardiovascular disease cardiac structure and/or heart caused by impaired ventricular filling and/or ejection capacity reduction caused by a group of syndrome. Due to ventricular systolic,ejection function is damaged. Cardiac output is not enough,cause the body metabolic disorders;Organ,tissue blood perfusion inadequacy,concurrent pulmonary or/and systemic blood clot. Clinical manifestations of mainly has：orthopnea,double leg edema,limited physical activity and body ischemia anoxic lesions. Clinical development velocity according to the main can be divided into acute heart failure and chronic heart failure;Treatment includes：to prevent and delay the onset of heart failure,relieve the clinical symptoms,improve prognosis and quality of life and reduce mortality.
