摘　　要：卵巢早衰是一种多病因的综合征,多数患者的病因不能够明确。引起女性卵巢早衰的因素较多,主要因素有遗传、免疫、代谢、医源性、感染因素及心理因素等。卵巢早衰对女性的健康有严重影响,可导致患者出现闭经、不孕、泌尿生殖道疾病、心血管病变等。因此,对卵巢早衰的相关因素及对女性健康的研究日益受到重视。本文对卵巢早衰的相关因素和对女性健康的影响进行了综述。The premature ovarian failure had more than a cause of the syndrome,most of the patients with an unknown etiology.There are many factors that can cause women premature ovarian failure,the main factors including genetic,immune,metabolic,iatrogenic,infection factors and psychological factors,etc.The premature ovarian failure has a serious effect on women’s health,it can lead to amenorrhea,infertility patients,the urinary tract disease,cardiovascular disease,etc.Therefore,the research of related factors and the health of women with premature ovarian failure are becoming more and more attention.In this paper we sum up the impact on related factors and the health of women with premature ovarian failure.
