摘　　要：目的评价耳内窥镜下经口-鼻联合径路切割吸引器治疗儿童腺样体肥大的疗效以及与传统腺样体切除术相比的优势。方法回顾总结73例腺样体肥大患儿在耳内窥镜下经口-鼻联合径路行腺样体吸切术的手术方法及预后。结果73例患儿肥大之腺样体均完整切除，手术时间短，术中出血少，术后恢复快。随访3～6个月，无并发症及复发。结论耳内窥镜下经口-鼻联合经路腺样体吸切术较传统手术疗效肯定，术野清晰，切除范围准确，无并发症，是一种目前适宜临床推广应用的好方法。Objective To explore the efficacy of adenoidectomy using micro-stryker under ear endoscope compled with the traditional operation and the endoscopic adenoidectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 98 cases of adenoidal hypertrophy about the method and prognosis. Results Hypertrophic adenoids were completely removed without complication and recurrence, we got the desired results within 3-6 months postoperative. Conclusion The powered-assisted adenoidectomy under ear endoscope has the advantages of a short surgical time and less hemorrhage,it＇s a good method for clinical application.
