摘 要:在营养液培养条件下研究了硫对东南景天叶绿素含量和根系形态的效应。结果表明,不同镉硫水平对东南景天叶片叶绿素含量有显著影响。3个镉水平下,增施硫处理提高东南景天叶片chla、chlb、(chla+chlb)含量,相反,3个硫水平下,增加镉水平则降低东南景天叶片叶绿素含量,而镉硫交互对chla/chlb的效应不一致。镉硫交互对东南景天根系形态有显著影响,随着镉、硫水平的增加,东南景天根系长度、根系表面积、根系直径、根系体积、侧根生长显著增加,二者之间存在交互作用。镉胁迫下,通过增施硫处理可提高超积累东南景天叶片叶绿素含量和改变根系形态以增加其对镉的富集能力。Effects of sulfur on chlorophyll contents and root morphology in Sedum alfredii Hance were investigated in hydroponic culture. Results indicated that there were significant differences between chlorophyll contents in Sedum alfredii Hance leaf. The contents of chla, chlb, (chla+chlb) were increased with sulfur application under three cadmium levels .and were decreased with cadmium application under three sulfur levels. Effects of sulfur and cadmium interactions on chlalchlb were different. Root morphology in Sedum alfredii Hance was significantly affected under sulfur and cadmium interactions. Root morphology including root length, surface area, diameter, volume and number of side roots were significantly increased with sulfur and cadmium application. There were interaction effects between sulfur and cadmium level. Under cadmium stress, enrichment capacity of cadmium in hyperaccumulator-Sedum alfredii Hance was enhanced by increasing chlorophyll contents and changing root morphology.
