摘 要:以三通道中空纤维超滤膜为基膜,以2,5-二胺基苯磺酸(DIA)、聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)与碱性品红(FB)为水相单体,均苯三甲酰氯(TMAC)为有机相单体,通过界面聚合制备了荷电镶嵌滤膜,并对膜的性能进行了系统分析。分析结果表明,该膜在0.35 MPa的操作压力下纯水通量为18.8 L·m-2·h-1,对NaCl和二甲酚橙的截留率分别为12.42%和96.44%;操作压力升高,膜的水通量与截留率均升高;溶质浓度增加,膜的截留率升高,水通量降低;膜对二甲酚橙/NaCl、PEG1000/NaCl混合体系的最大分因子分别为19.14和10.38;膜耐酸、耐高温性能较强,但耐碱性能较差。通过界面聚合后,孔径接近1 nm的微孔数量增加,具有纳滤膜的特征。Charged mosaic membrane (CMM) was prepared by interfacial polymerization (IP) in which the tri-channel hol- low fiber ultrafiltration membrane was used as the base membrane, basic fuchsin (BF) and PEI and 2,5-diaminobenzen sulfu- ric acid (DIA) as aqueous phase monomer, TMAC as organic phase m.onomer. Its performances were systematically analyzed. Results showed that its flux can reach 18.8 L.m-2.h-1 at 0.35 MPa, and its rejection for NaCl and xylenol orange was 12.42% and 96.44% respectively. Both flux and rejection increased as the operating pressure increased, and the flux declined and re- jection increased as the solute concentration increased. The separation factors for mixtures of xylenol orange/NaCl and PEG1000/NaCl can reach 19.14 and 10.38 respectively. It has higher endurance to acid and high temperature, but lower en- durance to alkali. The quantity of the pores with approximate lmm diameter was increased by IP, and the membrane has the feature of nanofiltration membrane.
