摘 要:针对VC辊轧机在大轧制压力轧制时,套筒塌陷位移抵消VC辊油压凸度、减弱轧机的板形控制效果并引起成品带钢产生双边浪板形缺陷的问题,充分结合VC轧机的设备与工艺特点,提出了一套VC辊内辊型优化设计技术,通过对VC轧辊套筒内凸式辊型的设计,使得轧机在大轧制压力轧制时,套筒内壁与芯轴表面出现局部接触,从而将套筒的塌陷位移控制在允许的范围内,抑制了双边浪等板形缺陷的发生,提高了VC轧机的板形控制范围,进一步拓宽了VC轧机的应用领域。In order to deal with the problems that the collapse displacement of sleeve offseted the hydraulic crown of a VC mill ,to weaken the shape-control effect of the mill and to cause the bilater-al wave plate shape defects of finished strips when rolling by large rolling pressure ,the equipment and process characteristics of VC mill were fully integrated to put forward an optimization design tech-nique of the inner roll shape of VC mill .The partial contact that appears between the sleeve inner wall and the mandrel surface when rolling by large rolling pressure can control the collapse displacement of sleeve to the extent permitted and restrain the occurrence of bilateral wave plate shape defects by means of the design of the inner roll shape of VC mill .The range of flatness control is improved and the application of VC mill is expanded .
