摘 要:为研究栓钉剪切刚度的计算方法及剪切刚度的影响因素,对不同加载方式、不同混凝土配筋试件进行推出试验,根据国内、外栓钉剪切刚度计算方法对试验结果进行计算得到剪切刚度值,并对各方法的优缺点和适用性进行讨论分析。分析结果表明:国内、外栓钉剪切刚度计算方法差异较大,其中日本钢结构协会和Eurocode 4按弹性阶段计算得到的剪切刚度值较为合理;我国钢结构设计规范中抗剪连接件刚度系数的计算方法偏于保守;0.8mm割线法和近似公式法较适用于承载能力极限状态计算或塑性理论计算。栓钉剪切刚度除了与本身材料、几何尺寸等因素有关外,与混凝土强度、配筋形式及试验加载方法等因素也有关。To study the calculation methods for the shear stiffness of shear bolt studs and the factors influencing the stiffness, the pushout test was carried out for concrete samples with differ ent reinforcement arranging patterns and applied with different loads. In accordance with the meth ods for shear stiffness calculation in China and other countries, the test results were processed to obtain the shear stiffness values. Meanwhile, the advantages and drawbacks of these methods and their applicability were discussed and analyzed. The results of the analysis demonstrate that there is a great difference between different shear stiffness calculation methods. In principle, the meth ods suggested in the Japanese society of steel construction (JSSC) and Eurocode 4, which focus on the elastic stage, could lead to reasonable shear stiffness values; the calculation methods in the Chinese Code for Design of Steel Structures which are used to calculate the stiffness coefficient of shear bolt studs are relatively conservative; the 0.8 mm secant method and the approximate formu la are conducive to calculating the load bearing capacity limit state or the calculation based on plas tic theory. The shear stiffness of shear bolt studs is, on the one hand, closely related to the mate rials used and concerning with the dimensions, and on the other, is affected by the concrete strength, reinforcement arranging patterns, and the load applying ways used in the test.
