摘　　要：建构村庄治理系统对农村公共服务效率影响的理论分析框架,利用2013年湖北省5个村庄1098份有效问卷数据进行因子分析,构建各变量之间关系的初始模型,采用结构方程模型分析方法进行检验与模型修正。研究发现,除主体能力对时效、公共资源分配和沟通渠道对投入产出比外,其他村庄治理系统公因子对农村公共服务效率公因子均具有显著的正向影响。这表明村庄治理系统优化有利于农村公共服务效率的提高。为此,应积极采取措施以实现村庄治理系统与农村公共服务的体系化。We construct a theoretical framework to analyze the influence of rural governance system on the efficiency of rural public service, use 1098 valid investigation samples which are collected from 5 villages of Hubei province in 2013 for factor analysis and construct the initial model of the relationship among the variables and use structural equation mode （SEM） to test and modify the model. The results show that there is a significant positive impact between the factors of rural governance system except from the subject ability of aging and the input-output ratio of public resource distribution and communication channel. These show that the optimization of rural governance system is beneficial to the improvement of the efficiency of rural public service and we should take active measures to realize the systematism of rural governance system and rural public service.
