摘　　要：以6家在非洲进行矿产投资的中国企业为例的研究表明:非洲东道国不完善的正式制度环境将削弱国有企业选择绝对控股或独资的意向;缺乏技术优势的民营企业在对非直接投资倾向选择合资,而中国政府的政策支持促使具备一定资源优势的大型民营企业更敢于选择绝对控股甚至独资;东道国不完善的正式制度环境、与中国之间的非正式制度距离对民营企业进入模式的影响小于对国有企业的影响。进一步的研究发现,中国企业在非洲投资时,企业的社会网络关系能够更好地促进其找到可信任的合资伙伴。By taking six Chinese companies which set foot in Africa mine industry for examples, we found that the imperfect formal institution of the host Africa countries will weaken the intention of stated-owned enterprises（SOEs） to choose majority shareholding or sole ownership. Because of lacking technical advantages, most of private enterprises tend to choose joint ownership for sharing risks. However, in support of government of China, the large private enterprises with a certain resource are more daring to choosing majority shareholding or even sole ownership. The impact of the imperfect formal institution of the host Africa countries and the informal institution distances between host Africa countries and China on the entry mode choice is less for private enterprises than for SOEs. Further study shows that the social network relationship of enterprises is more available to promote Chinese investors to cooperate with reliable and trusted partners in Africa.
