摘　　要：目的：探讨老年胃癌术后患者经肘正中静脉穿刺置管（PICC）期间的常见护理问题，提供正确的护理方法以减少并发症的发生，延长置管使用时间。方法：选取胃癌术后PICC置管患者30例，针对置管方法，可能发生的导管堵塞、机械性静脉炎、导管相关感染、穿刺处渗血、导管脱出的原因进行分析。结果：30例留置时间为10～78d，均未发生并发症。结论：增强护理人员规范化操作意识，稳定患者紧张情绪，加强对患者与家属的宣传教育，可以有效的减少并发症的发生。OBJECTIVE： To discuss common nusing problems about elderly patients after gastrectomy with PICC, to provide correct nursing methods in order to reduce the incidence rate of complications and to extend the using time of the pipeline. METHOD ： In 30 postoperative patients after gastrectomy with PICC catheter the method of tube placement, possible catheter and reasons for blocking and prolapsing of cathetes, mechanicat phlebitis, infections related to catheter and hemorrage on puncture point were analysed. RESULT： Indwelling time of 30 patients was 10 -78d and there was no complication . CONCLUSION： To enhance the consciousness on standard operating of nursing staff, to stabilize patients＇ nervous and to reinforce the publicity and education of patients and their family members can reduce the incidence rate of complications effectively.
