摘 要:玉米醇溶蛋白是从玉米中分离提取的一种天然高分子蛋白,以其良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性、成膜性等而被广泛地应用于食品药品工业。近年来,玉米醇溶蛋白作为药物载体方面的研究引起了人们广泛的关注。本文对玉米醇溶蛋白的组成及其特性方面的研究进行了简要的综述并根据药物载体的不同形式,主要综述了玉米醇溶蛋白在片剂、微球(囊)、纳米纤维膜、原位凝胶及聚合物胶束等药物载体方面的应用情况,对其在药物载体中应用的优势和不足进行了详尽的综述,并对此进行了讨论和展望,以期待能够给同行们提供参考并供讨论。Zein is a kind of natural protein extracted from corn embryo. It has been widely used in food and pharmaceutical field based on its bioeompatibility, biodegradability, and film-forming ability. In recent years, there are many studies on zein as drug carrier. In this paper~ the research of composition and properties of the zein were briefly summarized ,and the application of zein as drug carrier which including tablet, microspheres, nano-fibers, in situ gel and polymer micelle were mainly summarized according to the different forms of drug carrier. At the same time we have reviewed the advantages and disadvantages of zein as drug carrier which will provide reference to other colleagues.
