摘  要:针对1 500 m水深、温度等级U级、设计压力69 MPa的采油树输油管道,利用有限元方法计算在不采取保温措施的情况下,管道中心原油温度在1 h内降低了41.73%。对输油管道分别进行单、双层保温结构设计,并对保温效果和保温材料单位体积总费用进行计算,结果表明:在其他条件相同的情况下,采取单、双层保温措施后管内中心原油温度分别降低0.79%和0.25%;相对单层保温,单位长度双层保温管道保温材料用量多0.072 534 m3,但每年节省保温材料及散热损失费用3.022元/m,故双层保温更经济。(图7,参10)For Christmas tree pipeline, U-Class temperature, 69 MPa design pressure in 1 500 m water depth, the crude oil temperature drop at pipeline center calculated with finite element method is amounted to 41.73% in 1 hr without heat insulation. The paper calculates the total cost per unit volume of insulation materials and insulation effect of monolayer insulation and double layer insulation design for the pipeline. The results show that under the same conditions, the crude oil temperature in the center of pipeline with monolayer insulation and double layer insulation falls by 0.79% and 0.25% respectively. For the pipe insulation material per unit length, compared with the monolayer insulation, double layer insulation needs more 0.072 534 m3 than that of the former, but saves insulation materials cost and decreases a 3.022 RMB/m of heat loss cost annually, so double layer insulation is more economic.
