摘　　要：实行区域生态环境分区管理,利用空间管制做好资源配置,可以有效地协调资源开发与保护,提高生态约束性和社会经济综合潜力,缓解资源、环境与生态建设之间的矛盾。宁夏回族自治区有特殊的地理环境,积极探索生态功能区划,进行合理的空间分析,实现城乡一体化的空间管制,有利于提出分区规划建设意见和空间管制策略。Implementation of the regional ecological environment partition management, completion of resource allocation using spatial control, can effectively coordinate the resource development and protection, enhance the ecology binding and social economic comprehensive potential, and alleviate the contradiction between resources, environment and ecology construction. Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has a special geographical environment, exploring the ecological function zoning, and carrying on reasonable spatial analysis, realizing the spatial control of urban-rural integration is beneficial to propose the zoning building comment and spatial control strategy.
