资源性产品价格失衡阻碍中国经济升级版打造的机理浅析

摘　　要：资源性产品价格存在着结构性供求失衡,供求态势与价格水平存在不和谐音符。资源性产品价格扭曲限制了资本与劳动等要素的结合能力,导致经济结构发展失衡;导致对其他要素的非正常利用,阻碍经济结构优化升级;导致政府行为偏向,严重影响中国经济升级版打造战略的实施。In the prices of resource products there is a structural imbalance between supply and demand, and there is not harmonious notes between supply and demand situation and the price level. The resource product price distortions limited binding capacity of capital and labor and other factors, leading to the imbalance of ec, onomic structure and development; and resulted in abnormal use of other factors, hindering the optimization and upgrading of ecoaomic structure; and led to the government behavior deviation, seriously affecting the implementation of China＇s economy transformation and upgrading strategy.
