摘　　要：煤炭产业集群的发展面临着资源和环境的双重约束,走可持续发展道路是保障地区经济发展稳定和谐的必然选择。我国现有煤炭产业集群的发展还存在着很多问题,文章从生态学的视角分析了阻滞煤炭产业集群向高级化发展的资源、环境、技术等主要约束因素,并以系统战略的观点提出,从规划可持续战略、延长产业链条、发展循环经济、创新发展模式等多条路径实现我国煤炭产业集群的可持续发展。The future development of the coal industry cluster is facing the dual constraints of resources and the environment, the path of sustainable development is the inevitable choice of the protection of the region＇s economic development stability and harmony. Our existing coal industry cluster development, there are still a lot of problems from an ecological perspective, this article analyzes the block coal industry cluster factors, the main constraint of the high- class development resources, environment, technology and the strategic point of view of the system, from planning for sustainable strategy to extend the industrial chain, the development of recycling economy, innovation and development mode, multiple paths to achieve the sustainable development of China＇s coal industry cluster.
