摘 要:为了实现快速准确地测量玻璃材料的折射率,研究了基于CCD成像自动对准技术的玻璃折射率测量系统。该系统采用CCD成像与图像自动对准技术代替人眼目视瞄准;用光电轴角编码器代替光学度盘,实现了折射光线偏转角的精确数字测量;用电机控制成像系统,实现双线夹单线图像对准,并自动蜂鸣报警。实验结果表明,该系统对玻璃折射率的测量精度优于±3×10-6,比国内现阶段传统折射率测量设备的测量精度提高一个数量级。In order to measure the refractive index of glass rapidly and accurately, this paper studies a glass refractive index measurement system based on CCD imaging self aligning technology. The method uses CCD imaging and image self aligning technology to replace the visual collimation with human eye. A photoelectric shaft encoder is used to re- place the optical mechanical dial, and the accurate digital measurement of the refractive beam deflection angle is real- ized. A motor is used to control the imaging system to realize the image registration with single line under double line's arm and achieve automatic buzzer alarm. The experiment results show that the accuracy of the glass refractive index measurement system is±3×10^-6 ,which is one order of magnitude better than that obtained using other tradi- tional refractive index measuring equipment at present in our country.
