摘　　要：青壮年股骨转子下区骨不连是骨科难治症之一,治疗方式中植骨是绝对必要的,其中以股深动脉第一穿动脉升、降支为血管蒂的骨、骨膜瓣为青壮年股骨转子下区骨不连提供简便、有效的移位植骨。对于这两种带血管蒂的骨、骨膜瓣,本文将从解剖结构、手术操作及临床应用要点方面加以论述。Femoral subtrochanteric nonunion is one of the most difficult disease to cure in orthopedics. Bone grafting is a must in therapy. Bone or periosteal flap whose blood from the ascending or de- scending branch of the first perforator artery of femoral profound artery （as the pedicle） provides a simple and effective way of bone grafting for subtrochanteric nonunion. This paper will discuss the bone or periosteal flap in anatomic structures, operation points and clinical applications.
