摘 要:目的评价2000—2012年青海省各级碘缺乏病实验室外质控考核结果,以促进检测水平不断提高.为政府部门制订西部地区碘缺乏病防治决策提供科学数据。方法对2000—2012年全省各级碘缺乏病实验室参加国家碘缺乏病参照实验室的外质控考核结果进行分析。结果2000—2012年青海省省级尿碘和盐碘实验室考核合格率均为100.0%;地市级尿碘、盐碘实验室考核合格率均呈现逐年上升趋势(尿碘合格率分别为50.O%、37.5%、62.5%、50.0%、50.0%、87.5%、62.5%、100.0%、100.O%、100.0%、100.0%、87.5%、100.0%;盐碘合格率分别为37.5%、37.5%、37.5%、37.5%、75.0%、87.5%、62.5%、100.0%、87.5%、100.O%、100.0%、87.5%、100.0%);县级盐碘实验室考核合格率虽有明显提高,但波动较大(盐碘合格率分别为6.7%、23.3%、23.3%、26.7%、50.0%、86.7%、76.7%、70.0%、100.0%、97.7%、86.O%、73-3%、86.7%)。结论青海省各级碘缺乏病实验室外质控考核结果良好,应继续加强各级碘缺乏病实验室(尤其是县级实验室)的能力建设,并深入持久地开展质量控制考核工作。Objective To evaluate the assessment results of iodine deficiency disorders external quality control laboratories at all levels in Qinghai Province in 2000 - 2012, to facilitate the improvement of detection level, and to provide scientific data for government in decision-making on control of iodine deficiency disorders in the western region. Methods The results of iodine deficiency disorders laboratories at all levels in Qinghai Province that participated in the quality control examination of 2000 - 2012 of reference laboratories of national external quality control laboratory, were analyzed. Results The provincial laboratory examination results of urinary iodine and iodized salt were qualified, and qualified rates were 100.0%. At prefectures level, qualified rates of urinary iodine and salt iodine laboratories showed an increasing trend (the qualified rates of urinary iodine were 50.0%, 37.5%, 62.5%, 50.0%, 50.0%, 87.5%, 62.5%, 100.0%, 100.0%, 100.0%, 100.0%, 87.5% and 100.0%, respectively, and the qualified rates of salt iodine were 37.5%, 37.5%, 37.5%, 37.5%, 75.0%, 87.5%, 62.5%, 100.0%, 87.5%, 100.0%, 100.0%, 87.5% and 100.0%, respectively). At the county level, the qualified rates were improved markedly for iodine deficiency disorders laboratory, but fluctuated (the qualified rates of salt iodine were 6.7%, 23.3%, 23.3%, 26.7%, 50.0%, 86.7%, 76.7%, 70.0%, 100.0%, 97.7%, 86.0%, 73.3% and 86.7%, respectively). Conclusions Iodine deficiency disorders external quality control laboratories in Qinghai Province run good. We should continue to strengthen competence building at all levels of iodine deficiency disorders laboratories(especially at the county level laboratories), and carry out quality control assessment in a sustained manner.
