元胡止痛胶囊活血镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察元胡止痛胶囊对小鼠耳廓微循环障碍、气滞血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响及镇痛作用效果。方法:60只KM小鼠随机分为空白对照、模型对照、复方丹参滴丸组、元胡止痛胶囊1.40、0.70、0.35g/kg剂量组,灌胃给药3d后,以耳廓局部滴加1∶1000盐酸肾上腺素致小鼠耳廓局部微循环障碍,用BI2000数字图像分析系统观察小鼠在造模后10min、20min、30min的微血管流速、口径、毛细血管开放量等指标的变化。48只SD大鼠分组与给药剂量与小鼠相同,灌胃给药5d后,以冰水浴联合皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素制备"气滞血瘀"大鼠模型,取股动脉血测定血液流变学指标,采用热板法及扭体法观察镇痛作用。结果:元胡止痛胶囊能显著加快耳廓微循环障碍小鼠的微血管流速,扩大其微血管微动脉口径,并且还能增加其毛细血管开放量;能显著降低气滞血瘀大鼠模型的全血切粘度变率1、5以及血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、低切还原粘度、高切还原粘度数值;此外1.40、0.70g/kg剂量组还能显著增加热板法给药90min小鼠痛阈值,1.40g/kg能显著降低扭体法15min内扭体次数。结论:元胡止痛胶囊具有活血化瘀,行气止痛作用。To observe the effect of Yuanhu Zhitong Capsule on promoting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and analgesic. Method： 60 KM mice were randomly divided into 6 groups： normal control group, model group, compound danshen dripping pills group, Yuanhu Zhitong Capsule 1.4,0.7,0.35g/kg group. Mice in compound danshen dripping pills group, Yuanhu Zhitong Capsulel. 4,0.7,0. 35g/kg group were given medicine 0. 135, 1.4,0.7,0.35g/kg for 3 days respectively. 1 ： 1000 epinephrine hydrocliloride was dropped to the auricle of mice to induce local microcirculation disturbance. BI-2000 medical image analysis system was used to observe the microcirculation of mice at 10, 20, 30 minutes after dropping epinephrine hydrochloride. 48 SD rats were grouped and gavaged as KM mice. The qi-stagnancy and blood stasis rat model was established by epinephrine hydrochloride subcutaneous injection and ice water immertion. The femoral artery blood ~as used to assay hemorheology. Hot plate method and writhing method were used to observe the effect of analgesic. Result： Yuanhu Zhitong Capsule can significantly accelerate the microvascular flow rate of auricle microcirculation, expand its microvascular micro-artery di- ameter, increase the amount of open capillaries, significantly reduce whole blood variability I andS, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, viscosity of the low-cut and high-cut. In addition to having a good analgesic effect. Conclusion： Yuanhu Zhitung Capsule has the effect of promoting blood circulation and analgesic.
