摘 要:目的:考察安息香与合成冰片配伍对小鼠脑缺血缺氧及生理状态下血脑屏障通透性的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为:溶媒对照组、安息香组(0.2g/kg、0.4g/kg、0.8g/kg)、合成冰片组(0.2g/kg)、安息香配伍冰片组(1:1,2:1,4:1)。采用小鼠常压耐缺氧实验,饱和氯化镁致小鼠急性脑缺血实验及正常小鼠血脑屏障通透性实验,观察安息香与冰片及其不同配比对小鼠存活时间、小鼠脑组织中EB含量的影响。结果:与溶媒对照组比较,安息香冰片4:1组能显著延长小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间;除安息香0.2g/kg、0.4g/kg组外,均能显著延长氯化镁致小鼠急性脑缺血存活时间;冰片0.2g/kg及安息香冰片组能显著增加正常小鼠脑组织中伊文思兰EB的含量。与各单味药比较,安息香冰片4:1组能显著延长小鼠的存活时间;安息香冰片2:1及4:1组能显著性增加伊文思兰EB含量。结论:单味冰片0.2g/kg对小鼠脑缺血缺氧有一定的保护作用并能促进小鼠生理状态下血脑屏障通透性,而单味安息香生理活性较弱。安息香与冰片配伍后能显著延长小鼠存活时间,显著提高EB含量,在一定程度上说明二药"相须相使"的配伍关系。To investigate the effect of Benzoinum and Borneo Camphor in different proportion on the mice of cerebral isehemia , anoxia and blood-brain barrier. Methods: The male wistar rats were assigned into the bank group, Benzoinum group (0.2g/kg,0.4g/kg,0.8g/kg), Borneo group (0.2g/kg), compatibility groups (1:1,2;1,4:1 )The hypoxia model under the normal pressure, acute cerebral ischemia model establish by intravenous injection of saturated magnesium chloride and the blood-brain barrier experiment were adopted to observe the influ ence of the survival time and the EB content in mice. Results : Compare with the bank group, the compatibility in 4 : 1 could remarkably lengthen the survival time of The mice model under hypexia,the Benzoinum in high dose group ,the Borneo Camphor group and the compatibil ity group could remarkably lengthen the survival time of The mice model injected magnesium chloride, the Borneo Camphor group and the compatibility group could remarkably increase the EB content in brain tissue in mice. Compare with Benzoinum and Borneo Camphor, the compatibility in 4 : 1 could remarkably lengthen the survival time in mice , the compatibility in 2 : 1 and 4 : 1 could remarkably increase the EB content in brain tissue in mice. Conclusion: Either Benzoinum or Borneo Camphor has some protective effect on erebral ischemia and anoxiain mice, even Borneo Camphor could promote blood-brain barrier in mice on the physiological state,the compatibility groups have obvious syn ergies and to some extent, explain the relationship of " mutual reinforcement and mutual assistance" between the two TCM.
