摘　　要：目的 探讨冠状动脉迂曲的CT血管造影（computed tomography angiography,CTA）表现.方法 抽取本院200例CTA检查,发现冠状动脉迂曲6例.CTA检查使用Philips iCT心电门控扫描技术,使用EBW工作站进行图像后处理.结果 冠状动脉迂曲6例中1例发生在左冠前降支,1例左冠回旋支,1例圆锥支,1例右冠窦房结支,1例右冠后降支,1例左冠状动脉主干、右冠状动脉主干及部分分支均可见迂曲.结论 iCT对确定冠状动脉迂曲,排除冠心病具有重要意义.Objective To evaluate computed tomography angiography（CTA） findings of coronary artery tortuosity. Methods Six cases of CTA findings of coronary artery tortuosity were presented,which were found in 200 cases of coronary CTA in our hosptial, by using Philips iCT with ECG gated technique ,and EBW workstation to process the image data. Results Among six cases of coronary artery tort uosity , the coronary artery tortuosity was found in LAD, LCX, CB, RSN, PDA in one case, respectively and multiple coronary artery tortuosity in one cases. Conclusion iCT CTA is of important significance to identify coronary artery tortuosity and excluse of coronary artery disease.
