摘 要:目的 探讨T2WI-DWI融合图像在子宫内膜癌术前新分期中的应用价值.方法 对42例术前病理证实为子宫内膜癌患者行MR检查,依据FIGO 2009分期标准,分别利用T2WI、DWI、T2WI-DWI融合图像进行术前分期,并与手术病理结果进行对比.结果 MR T2WI、DWI、T2WI-DWI融合图像均与手术病理结果有较好的一致性(P均〈0.05).T2WI-DWI融合图像判断子宫内膜癌分期准确率为84.2%,优于单纯T2WI和DWI图像,其中,Ⅰ期诊断的准确率为94.1%.结论 基于子宫内膜癌FIGO 2009 新分期标准,T2WI-DWI融合图像能够提高子宫内膜癌分期的准确性.Objective To evaluate the application of T2WI-DWI fused images in preoperative assessment of the staging for endo metrial carcinoma. Methods 42 patients with endometrial carcinoma confirmed pathologically before operation, underwent magnetic resonance examination. According to the new FIGO 2009 staging system, the staging on T2WI,DWI,T2WI-DWI fused images was analyzed separately, which was compared with that of postoperative pathology. Results T2 WI,DWI,T2 WI-DWI fused images all can stage accurately, and were better consistency with pathology(P〈0.05 ). The accuracy of T2WI-DWI fused images was 84.2%, which was better than T2WI and DWI, and the accuracy of stage I was 94. 1%. Conclusion TzWI-DWI fused images can improve the accuracy of staging of endometrial carcinoma using the new FIGO staging system.
