摘  要:目的 探讨原始数据域迭代重建技术(sinogram affirmed interative reconstruction,SAFIRE)在颅脑CT检查中的临床应用价值.方法 收集40例于本院行颅脑CT检查患者,按扫描条件及图像重建方式不同随机分为FBP(filtered back projection)组及SAFIRE组,比较2组图像噪声、灰质可见度、图像对比度噪声比(CNR),并以5分法对图像质量进行主观评价.结果 (1)FBP组图像主观评分略高于SAFIRE组,但2组图像质量均满足诊断要求.(2)SAFIRE组图像噪声明显低于FBP组,CNR高于FBP组,2组之间差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);而2组间灰质可见度差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).(3)SAFIRE组平均有效管电流、CTDIvol、DLP和有效剂量(E)均明显低于FBP组,2组之间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 SAFIRE重建技术为颅脑CT低剂量扫描提供新的选择.Objective To observe the clinical value of sonogram affirmed iterative reconstruction(SAFIRE) technique in brain CT examination. Methods Forty patients underwent brain CT scan,were randomly divided into two groups by scan parameters and im age reconstruction: filtered back projection(FBP)group and SAFIRE group. The image noise, GM visibility and contrast to nosie ratio (CNR) between the two groups were compared. The subjective image quality were evaluated with 5-score method and compared he tween the two groups. Results ①Tbe subjective evaluative score of images quality of FBP group was higher than that of SAFIRE group,but the image quality of two groups was acceptable. ②The image noise of SAFIRE group was obviously lower than that of FBP group(P〈0.05), the image CNR of SAFIRE group was higher than that of FBP group(P〈0.05) ,the GM visibility was no difference between SAFIRE group and FBP group. ③The effective tube current, CTDIvol, DLP and effective dose(E) of SAFIRE group were lower than those of FBP group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The SAFIRE technique provides a new option for the low dose brain CT scan.
