摘  要:目的 探讨256层CT自动跟踪与手动触发2种方式对冠状动脉造影图像质量的影响.方法 将接受CT冠状动脉造影检查的95例患者随即分为A组和B组.A组:49例,于监控层面降主动脉感兴趣区内CT值达阈值后计算机自动触发扫描,B组:46例,在对比剂开始注射后观察监控层升主动脉对比剂增强程度,当观察到对比剂充盈时按下手动按钮触发扫描.选择冠状动脉不同节段测量对比剂增强水平.统计分析2组的图像质量、记录监控时间及对比剂增强水平.结果 A组和B组图像质量评分分别为4.57±0.13和4.49±0.12,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).监控时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),分别为(14.02±2.07)s和(12.34±1.72)s.右冠状动脉中段、左冠状动脉前降支中段和左旋支远段平均CT值水平差异无统计学意义.结论 自动跟踪与手动触发技术均能获得满足诊断要求的图像,手动触发技术更省时,能够减少辐射剂量.Objective To compare the influence on image quality hetween automatic tracking and manual excitation with 256-slice spiral CT coronary angiography. Methods 95 patients underwent CT coronary angiograpby were randomly divided into group A and B. Ultravist Solution(370mgl/mL)was used as the contrast media,based on the patient's body weight, the does of Ultravist Solution were chosed( 1. 0ml/kg). In group A, when the mean enhancement of region of interest(ROI) determined in descending aorta (DO) reached the threshold preset value, the computer starteda scanningautomatically. In group B,after contrast injection, when the contrast appeared in ascending aorta(AO) ,the scan was started manually. The mean enhancement of different sections of the cardiac artery was measured. The image quality, the time from contrast injection to scanning and enhancement level of cardiac artery seetions were statistically analysed. Results The mean image quality scores of group A and group B were 4.57±0. 13 and 4.49±0.12,respectively. There were no statistically difference (P〉0. 05). The mean time from contrast injection to the scanning were statisticaldifference between group A (14.02±2.07) s and group B(12.34±1.72) s. The enhancement levels in the coronary artery middle, left anterior descending middle and left circumflex distal were no statistically difference between two groups(P〉0.05 ). Conclusion Both the automatic tracking and manual excitation can provide satisfactory image quality,but the manual excitation can cut down the time from contrast injection to scanning and reduce the contrast material injection dose.
