摘 要:研究了铁粉松比、颗粒度和药皮厚度对焊条熔敷率、发尘量及熔滴过渡形式等的影响。提出了不同药皮厚度下铁粉的最佳加入量范围,这一范围可以用熔渣重与熔化焊条重之比来判断。药皮厚度大、铁粉含量多的高效铁粉焊条,不但熔敷率高、发尘量低,而且工艺性能优良,应予大力发展,推广使用。The influences of the apparent density,particle size of iron powders and the thickness of coating on the deposition efficiency of electrode,quantity of produced fume and the droplet transfer and so on were studied.An optimal range for the addition of iron powder in different thickness of coating were proposed.This range is determined by the ratio of welding slag weight to the melting weight of electrode.The high efficiency iron powder electrode,which contains more iron and the coating of which is thicker,is not only higher in deposition efficiency and lower in quantity of produced fume,but also better in the welding technology performance.Therefore,the great attention should be the further paid on the development and extended application of the high efficiency electrode.
