摘 要:通过研究表面硬度的变化,分析碳弧气刨加工对P91钢及其焊缝的影响。借助SEM,EDS等分析手段研究了P91钢碳弧气刨表面的微观组织。结果表明,采用碳弧气刨对P91及其焊缝进行加工后在刨削表面产生硬化层,消应力热处理会使焊缝硬度降低,但不会使刨削硬化层消失。微观组织分析表明碳弧气刨的热影响区宽度在0.4~1.2mm范围内,组织均匀细小,且在刨削表面约0.1mm范围内出现渗碳层,砂轮打磨去除后不会对P91钢的正常使用带来不利影响。To study the effect of carbon arc gouging on P91 steel and its weld,the variation of the surface hardness was tested.The microstructure of the gouging surface of P91 steel was studied by SEM and EDS.The results show that there will produce a hardened layer on the gouging surface of P91 steel and its weld after being gouged by carbon arc gouging.The hardness value will reduce after the stress relief heat treatment,but the hardened layer still exists.Microstructure analysis showed that the width of the heat affected zone brought by carbon arc gouging was in the range of 0.4~1.2 mm,and the microstructures of the heat affected zone was homogeneous and fine.The carburized layer formed on the gouging surface,the thickness was 0.1 mm.The carburized layer can be easily removed by grinding wheel,which has no disadvantageous effect on the P91 steel application.
