摘  要:用电弧喷涂技术以粉芯丝材来制备稀土锌铝合金涂层,采用显微组织、X射线衍射图谱、腐蚀试验来测试、分析涂层的耐腐蚀性能。结果显示,该稀土锌铝合金涂层具有致密的组织结构,与基体之间紧密结合;涂层中形成了耐腐蚀的尖晶石氧化物。在腐蚀试验时,其自封闭特性阻止了腐蚀反应的扩展,提高了其耐腐蚀性能。Using cored wires and arc spraying technology to manufacture rare earth zinc aluminum alloy coating, the microstructure and anti-corrosion property of the coating were studied by X-ray diffraction, corrosion experiments. Test results show that the rare earth zinc-aluminum alloy coating has dense structure, and integrates with the substrate closely; there are some spinal oxides with well anti-corrosion property in the coating. During corrosion, the self-sealing characteristics of the coating prevent corrosion reaction from expansion, resulting in improve of corrosion resistance.
