摘 要:铸件凝固过程中的温度场计算精度是影响铸件缩孔、缩松的重要指标。用分数步长法,建立了基于导热偏微分方程的铸件三维温度场数学模型,通过计算机模拟和实验验证了分数步长法中隐式算法的高效、准确性。该研究为复杂铸件工艺模拟及优化提供了参考。The calculation precision of casting temperature field in solidification process is an important indicator of affecting shrinkage cavity. Based on the fractional step method of 3D temperature field, a mathematical model of the temperature field of heat conduction was established based on partial differential equations, the high accuracy of implicit algorithm in the fractional step method was verified by computer simulation and experiiiaent. This study provides a reference for simulation and optimization of complex casting process.
