摘　　要：针对常用的倾转式浇注装置结构复杂、稳定性差、控制难度较大等问题,研制出一套新的倾转式浇注装置;提出了基于电炉转角的PLC控制策略。在此基础上,给出了基于浇注量的定量浇注精确控制;并设计了倾转式电炉的液压PLC控制系统;实现了平稳的、高精度的定量浇注。Aimed at the problems of structure complicated, stability poor, control difficult in conventional tilting pouring equipment, a new tilting pouring equipment was developed; PLC control strategy based on furnace tilting angle was proposed, and a precise control system based on pouring quality was designed to achieve a smooth, high-precision constant quantitative pouring.
