摘　　要：在分析了铝锭铸造机组生产工艺和控制要求的基础上,采用西门子可编程序控制器作为控制器,完成了硬件的组态,对控制系统中自动堆垛和铝液流量控制两个关键问题进行了讨论。实际运行结果表明,所设计铝锭铸造机组控制系统控制精度高、工作稳定,满足铸造工艺的要求。On the basis of analyzing the casting process and control requirements for ingot, Siemens PLC was used to complete the hardware configuration, the two key issues, which were the automatical stacking and the flow control of molten aluminum in control system, were discussed. Actual operating results show that the designed control system of casting machine for aluminum ingot is with high precision and stability, can meet the requirements of casting process.
