摘  要:针对某公司炼钢厂板坯连铸生产初期产生的三角区裂纹,研究了连铸板坯三角区裂纹的形成机理,分析了二次冷却、钢种化学成分、铸机状况、工艺操作等因素的影响,提出了防止三角区裂纹产生的措施。在实际生产中实施改进措施后,三角区裂纹比率由原来的16.31%降低到目前的0.16%。Aimed at the cracks of continuous casting slab in the triangle area in early production of an Iron and Steel Co., the formation mechanism of the cracks of continuous casting slab in the triangle area was studied, the effects of secondary cooling, chemical composition of the steel grade, casting machine condition, the process operation and other factors on the crack formation were analyzed, the measures to prevent'the crack in triangular area from generation were put forward. In actual production, the ideas and methods how to quickly analyze and determine the cause of the crack, and to use symptomatic measures were introduced.
