摘　　要：目的研究便携式视频显微镜经枕下下正中入路的显露范围和观察效果。方法灌注和新鲜成人尸头各5例,在便携式视频显微镜下,经枕下下正中、经小脑延髓裂入路暴露并观察枕骨大孔区和第四脑室。结果便携式视频显微镜经枕下下正中入路能够清楚、逼真地暴露枕骨大孔区和第四脑室。结论便携式视频显微镜经枕下下正中入路能够完成枕骨大孔区和第四脑室的显微解剖。Objective To explore the exposing range and observing effect of portable video microscopic inferior median suboccipital approach. Methods Foramin magnum region and fourth ventricle were exposed and observed through portable video microscopic inferior median suboccipital approach on fresh and peffused （five specimens respectively） adult human cadaveric head specimens. Results Foramin magnum region and fourth ventricle were exposed clearly and lifelikely through portable video micro- scopic inferior median suboccipital approach. Conclusions Portable video microscopic inferior median suboccipital approach en- abled micrergy to work in foramin magnum region and fourth ventricle.
