摘　　要：白念珠菌细胞壁是宿主与白念珠菌相互作用过程中首先接触到的结构,在白念珠菌致病及宿主抵抗白念珠菌感染过程中发挥重要作用。细胞壁的各种成分可以诱导人类和动物模型的免疫应答。文章综述国内外关于白念珠菌细胞壁多种抗原成分诱导宿主不同的免疫应答,旨在为念珠菌病的诊断、预防和治疗提供依据。Candida albicans cell wall, the outermost part of the cell, mediates the host-fungus interplay and plays an impor- tant role in candidal infection. Various composition of C. albicans can elicit immune responses in humans and animal models. In this review, we focus on the most recent findings on the immune responses of various C. albicans cell wall components as antigens, in order to provide basis for prevention, therapy and diagnosis of candidiasis.
