摘  要:基于多体系统动力学理论,在圆弧齿锥齿轮接触动力学分析的研究基础上,提出了球轴承-螺旋锥齿轮系统多体接触动力学分析的新方法。基于套圈滚道表面和弧齿齿面的三角网格模型,建立并实现了多体接触动力学模型和动态接触力的预测搜索算法,进而建立了忽略啮合齿面的摩擦和润滑作用,考虑球轴承的保持架、润滑摩擦力和Hertz接触作用的球轴承-圆弧齿锥齿轮系统多体接触动力学模型。考虑轴承游隙、齿轮侧隙和载荷工况等关键因素,运用广义-α方法计算分析了预紧力和负载扭矩作用下球轴承-弧齿锥齿轮系统的多体接触动力学行为和动态响应特性,获得了动态接触力、拖动力、角速度、振动位移、加速度、运动轨迹和相图及频谱等振动响应的变化规律。研究表明球轴承保持架的角速度频率、齿轮驱动角速度频率、从动齿轮的角速度波动频率和齿轮的啮合频率对球轴承-弧齿锥齿轮系统动力学特性有着重要的影响。动力学模型和计算结果为不仅对球轴承-弧齿锥齿轮传动系统的动态设计和动力学分析具有重要的实用价值,而且对复杂齿轮传动系统的动力学研究具有重要的理论意义。The dynamic behaviour of rolling bearings is critical to the dynamic characteristics of gear transmission systems.On basis of dynamics of multibody systems and contact dynamics analysis on spiral bevel gear,the paper tries to propose a new method on multibody contact dynamics analysis of ball bearing-spiral bevel gears.The triangle mesh models for ring race and mesh surface are constructed,and the multibody contact dynamic relationships are got and the calculation programme is given for dynamic contact force.Therefore,ignoring lubrication and friction of gear teeth,the dynamics model of ball bearing-spiral bevel gears is established with the effect of cage,lubrication friction and Hertz contact,that is under the conditions of the axial preload and the torque load,are calculated by using the generalized-α algorithms.Considering the effect of clearances of bearings,the backlash of gears and loads,the results of multibody dynamics characteristics and the dynamic response are achieved such as dynamic contact force,traction force,angular velocity,vibration displacements,accelerations,trajectory and phase diagram of motion and frequencies.The dynamics characteristics of ball bearing-spiral bevel gears system is affected by the frequencies of angular velocity of cage,driving gear,the frequency of fluctuation of angular velocity of driven gear and the meshing frequency of gears.The new dynamics model and simulation results provide not only actual value for dynamic design and dynamics analysis of ball bearing-spiral bevel gear systems,but also important theoretical significance for research on dynamics of complex gear transmission systems.
