摘　　要：目的 :调研兰州军区各级医院儿科抗生素使用现状 ,指导临床合理用药。方法 :统计分析 1997- 0 6～ 1998- 0 5军区 6所医院儿科 1182例住院患儿抗生素使用品种、剂量、联合用药、药敏试验及费用效果比值等。结果 :各级医院儿科住院患儿抗生素使用有不同程度的不合理现象 ,联合用药普遍。二甲医院中途改变抗生素较三甲医院高 ,药敏试验率则较三甲医院低。结论 :儿科不合理使用抗生素普遍存在 ,应引起医师、药师及主管部门的重视。Objective:[WT5BZ]To investigate the current status of antibiotics usage in department of pediatrics in hospitals of Lanzhou Command,PLA,so as to improve the ratinality using antobiotics in clinic.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]The antibiotics used for 1182 patients in department of pediatrics in 6 hospitals of Lanzhou Commamd from 1997-06 to 1998-05 were statistized and analized about the kind,dose,combinating usage,bacteria sensitivity test and cost/effect value.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]An abuse of antibiotics in different degree and a higher frequency combinating usage of more than two kinds of antibiotics in the hospitals had been found.The two-level first-class hospitals had a higher percent changing antibiotics in the treatment courses and a lower percent of bacteria sensitivity test than the three-level first-class hospitals.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]Irrational usage of antibiotics existed generally in the department of pediatrics in the hospitals of Lanzhou Command,PLA,which should be attached attention of doctors,pharmasists and managers.
