孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察孟鲁司特钠(顺尔宁)联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸人剂(舒利迭)治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将44例哮喘非急性发作期患者随机分为2组,各22例。对照组予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂吸入,观察组予孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗替卡松粉治疗。比较两组肺功能指标变化及哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分,观察不良反应。结果:治疗后观察组和对照组最大呼气中期流速(MMEF)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、呼气流速峰值(PEF)水平均明显改善(P<0.05);观察组MMEF、FEV、PEF水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后ACT评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组ACT评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗替卡松粉治疗支气管哮喘疗效显著且无明显不良反应。Objective：To compare the efficiency of Montelukast plus Seretide and Seretide only on patients with Bronchial asthma. Methods： Seventy patients with Bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups treated with Montelukast plus Seretide and Serotideonly for 3 months. The puhnonary functiou and clinical symptom before and after treatment were observed in two groups. After treatment the recurrence tate were observed strictly for 3 month. Results Before and after h-eatment clinical symptom and pulmonary function of the two groups were all improved. But clinical symptom and pulmonary function of Montelukast plus Seretide group were impreved rapidly （P〈0. 05）. The recurrence late were, lower than that in the group without Montelukast. Conclusion：The clinical improvement appears more rapidly in treatment by Montelukast plus Seretidethan by Seretide only.
