摘　　要：切诊是中医传统四诊中最为重要的一部分,主要包括脉诊和按诊。在针灸临床中,切诊发挥着不可替代的作用,本文从切诊对针灸临床的指导作用出发,阐述切诊在针灸中的具体应用,以明确其临床的诊断意义。Pulse-taking and palpation is the most important part of the four traditional diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine, mainly including pulse-taking and palpation. In the past dynasties, pulse-taking and palpation play an irreplaceable role in clinical acupuncture and moxibustion, yet modern clinical acupuncture and moxibustion didn＇t pay much attention to it.Therefore,from the perspective of its guidance for clinical acupuncture, this article elaborated the specific applications of pulse-taking and palpation in acupuncture and moxibustion, in order to clarify its clinical diagnostic significance.
