摘 要:研究了Zn、Fe、Cu单一或复合胁迫下"宁春四号"小麦幼苗根中脯氨酸的含量及其代谢途径中关键酶活性的变化.结果发现,各种重金属处理诱导脯氨酸含量均增加,除Zn+Fe处理外,其余复合处理下脯氨酸含量的增幅大于单一处理下的增幅;小麦幼苗根中鸟氨酸转氨酶(OAT)活性均较对照增高,谷氨酸激酶(GK)活性在单一重金属和Zn+Fe处理下无明显变化,但Zn+Cu、Fe+Cu和Zn+Fe+Cu处理后活性明显增强,而脯氨酸脱氢酶(PDH)活性在不同重金属处理下均被抑制.由此可以推断,Zn、Fe和Cu单一或复合处理下小麦幼苗根系中脯氨酸含量的增加与上述三种酶的活性变化有关.This study aims to investigate proline content and enzyme activities involved in proline metabolism in wheat(cv Ningchun 4) seedling roots exposed to Zn , Fe and Cu in single or combination . T he results show that proline content increase under various heavy metal stresses , and except for Zn+Fe treatment , the increase rate of proline content under other combined treatments are high as compared with the single treatments . Root ornithine aminotransferase (OAT ) activity in wheat seedlings increases compared with the control . Differently , glutamate kinase (GK ) activity has no significant change under single heavy metal and Zn + Fe treatments , but the activity of this enzyme increases significantly in response to Zn+Cu ,Fe+ Cu and Zn+ Fe+ Cu treatments .Additionally ,proline dehydrogenase(PDH) activity decreases under various heavy metal stresses . It can be inferred that the increase of proline content in wheat seedling roots is associated with the changes of OAT ,GK and PDH activities induced by Zn ,Fe and Cu treatments in single or combination .
