聚苯颗粒-玻化微珠复合防火保温砂浆的研究

摘　　要：将玻化微珠和聚苯颗粒复合作为保温砂浆的轻骨料，调整2种组分的体积比，考察玻化微珠和聚苯颗粒体积比对保温砂浆基本性能和防火性能的影响。聚苯颗粒体积掺量为60．8％．79．1％时，保温砂浆施工性能良好，干密度为（300±30）kg／m2；同时能达到燃烧等级为A2级，具有良好的防火性能。Through the composite of vitrified small ball and polystyrene particles as a lightweight aggregate, and the adjustment of the two components of the volume ratio of external insulation mortar, the influence of vitrified small ball and polystyrene particles insulation mortar volume ratio on the basic properties and fireproof performance is studied. When polystyrene particles volume content is 60.8%-79.1%, the thermal insulation mortar achieve good construction performance, dry density in （300-30） kg/m3 range; at the same time it can achieve combustion grade A2, has good fireproof performance.
